COVID safety procedures and therapy terms and Conditions 2020
Conditions of attending a face to face consultation for your safety and mine.
Anyone who meets one of the following criteria should cancel their appointment or change to a remote counselling session.
It has a high temperature or chills, Flu-like aching, a sore throat, a new persistent cough, loss of taste or smell, or feeling unwell no matter how mild the symptoms.
Is a vulnerable person, has been advised to shield? (by their age, underlying health condition, clinical condition or are pregnant)?
Is living with someone in self-isolation, a vulnerable person or has symptoms
Has been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms or has been diagnosed with Covid19.
Entering the building
Please use hand sanitiser in the porch before entering the building, and when leaving.
Avoid touching handrails and surfaces.
Abide by the 2-meter social distancing rules outside and inside of the building and Therapy room.
Give way to anyone you meet on the corridors.
Keep to the left on the corridors.
There is hand sanitiser in my therapy room for your use, all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned between appointments, and the room will be well ventilated.
Wearing a mask is now compulsory as you enter the building as it is a public space; this is until you reach my therapy room.
If you wish to wear a mask, visor, or gloves in my therapy room, please do.
If you require me to wear a mask in the therapy room, please inform me before your appointment.
Your session payment is required in advance within 24 hours of booking your appointments; this is payable by bank transfer.
The late cancellation fee is not taken if the cancellation is COVID related.
Payment of all subsequent sessions is always in advance at the time of booking.
24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rearranging an appointment, please.
